ABOUT THE PROJECT

In this project, we aim to inform young people about media literacy and to be less affected by the disinformation part of the media. Especially during this pandemic process, they are more exposed to disinformation because they are in more active use of media.

Hello, my name is Balqees. I have been an English teacher forthree yesrs in several schools ( Etemad Academy School and Ramtha International Academy ) and about two years in Turaa secondary

local school. These experiences have shaped my skills toward becoming a professional teacher in teaching English and broadened my horizons by working with teaching staff. I have superior lingual, writing, presentation, communication, and computer skills that I have used to excel in all roles I have taken. I hope in this project, both my students and I will broaden our perspective on media by working with international teams on etwining.
